  Ensure the furniture is in its original condition and securely repacked in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Our specialized logistics partners will contact you within 48 hours to arrange a convenient time for the curbside or white-glove pickup.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
